We only accept online payments via credit/debit cards. This allows us to process your payment immediately and dispatch your items the same day if payment is received before 3pm weekdays. You must provide us with the card billing address when making an order, if this is not done then your order will not be processed.

Shipping is charged depending upon the item purchased, please view the shopping basket once your item has been added to view postage.

All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the UK rate of 20% where applicable.
If we do not have an item that is shown in stock, we will contact you immediately to notify you of this. You will be given the option to either cancel your order or leave the item on back order until we get stock. If we do not have an item, in most cases we can have it in stock within a week. If a deposit has been left upon a back-ordered item that you wish to cancel, we reserve the right to retain some, or all the deposit.

If you are dissatisfied with our response and your agreement is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge, but you must do so within six months of the date of the final response or 8 week holding letter. At Mike Vaughan Cycles we can offer general advice about sizing of bikes, clothing and accessories. It is however the customer’s responsibility to ensure that this is the correct size required. We advise that wherever possible that you try out the sizing of an item, whether it is a bike or clothing, before purchase.
