The mechanic called to say they didn’t both need the Platinum and that Gold would be perfectly fine — really appreciated the honesty. They also rang each time something came up that might add extra cost, keeping me fully informed throughout. I’ve been getting my bikes serviced for years, but being new to the area I wasn’t sure what to expect. Turns out, the service here is even better than what I’m used to.
